The Source to Pay (S2P) Center of Expertise (CoE) AI & Automation Expert works closely with S2P GBS Leadership, PRO stakeholders, and IT (including external partners) to translate the global S2P strategy into practical, scalable digital initiatives.

The role contributes to value creation across S2P by analyzing processes and applying digital technologies, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and user experience. The focus is on adapting processes to what technology can enable, rather than simply layering tools onto existing ways of working.
