About The Role

We are looking to recruit a Safety and Support Officer to join our Safety and Support Team at Falmouth Exeter Plus. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping to create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment across our Cornwall campuses, working closely with students, staff, visitors, emergency services and wider support teams to deliver an outstanding student and campus experience.




This is far more than a traditional security role. As part of a close-knit and highly respected team, you will combine proactive campus safety responsibilities with frontline welfare and pastoral support, helping students during challenging situations and contributing positively to campus life.
