In this critical role, you will be the champion of safety standards, managing a comprehensive training program for employees and overseeing health and compliance across STA's extensive fleet. Your strong leadership and hands-on approach will ensure every operation meets the highest safety protocols while encouraging a supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage safety for over 5,000 buses
• Analyze and enhance employee training programs
• Lead the Leadership Safety Council to promote compliance
• Establish metrics for Health and Safety program effectiveness
• Conduct audits to maintain adherence to regulations
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• At least 10 years' experience in safety management
