Safety, health and environment manager

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to plan, direct, and implement organisational safety, health, and environmental programmes.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma (Safety Management). ISO 14001 (Internal Auditor). SAMTRAC, ESG & sustainability certificate. 6-8 years relevant safety health and environmental experience. Responsibilities: Develop a SHE operational plan in accordance with the set targets. Develop and implement a sustainability strategy in alignment with company goals. Ensure compliance across all sites to occupational health and safety legislation. Keep abreast with updates in occupational health and safety legislation and advise management thereof. Policies and Procedures: Develop, update and drive compliance with SHE policies across the Company's Automotive Division.
