Safety Manager - Commercial Construction

Position Summary

The Safety Manager supports our commercial HVAC and Plumbing construction operations throughout the Phoenix and Dallas metropolitan area. This role is responsible for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of jobsite safety programs while ensuring compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, local, and client-specific safety requirements.

The Safety Manager is also responsible for maintaining and updating the Company Safety Program and Safety Handbook, managing third-party compliance platforms such as Avetta, and ensuring continued client safety prequalification and eligibility. This position serves as the primary safety resource for field personnel, supervisors, and subcontractors, promoting a proactive, incident free safety culture.
