Safety manager

Ruedas Grandes is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and strengthen our environmental, health, and safety programs at our San Luis Potosí facility. This role is hands on, visible on the floor, and critical to how we operate every day. We're looking for someone who understands safety beyond policies and paperwork. Someone who can build trust, drive accountability, and help create a culture where safety is how we work, not just a checklist.
