The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Manager fosters a safe, supportive workplace for all team members. This role develops, implements, and oversees safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Workers Compensation Act, while helping prevent workplace incidents. Responsibilities include risk assessments, safety audits, training, and incident investigations to support a safe, productive work environment.

Working with the Risk Management Division and Employee Experience, the OHS Manager supports the workers' compensation program and oversees WorkSafeBC compliance. The role also coordinates safety training and leads the annual COR certification audit, ensuring strong safety standards across Cypress Mountain operations.
