Safety Officer

Ensure compliance with project HSE policies, procedures, and statutory regulations at all times Conduct daily site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks Monitor work activities during shutdown operations and identify potential hazards Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions Maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and records as per project requirements Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and client representatives to promote a safe working environment Requirements NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory) Previous experience working on QE shutdown projects Minimum 35 years of relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, and risk management practices Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shutdown environment
