SAFETY & SECURITY OFFICER

MISSION Reporting directly to the Facilities, Safety & Security Director, the Safety & Security Officer responsible for executing, monitoring, and field-auditing the campus safety and security frameworks at IFS. The successful candidate ensures total compliance with local regulatory standards while fostering a proactive culture of safety across the school community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Regulatory Compliance & Policy Management Monitor local regulatory changes and continuously update IFS safety and security policies to ensure full alignment with Singapore laws and standards. Manage and maintain the schools bizSAFE certification, including the systematic setup, review, and updating of Risk Assessments (RA). Ensure all on-site service providers, contractors, and external vendors strictly adhere to IFS internal Risk Assessments during maintenance work and project execution.
