Safety Supervisor

The Safety Supervisor leads and directs safety initiatives for the US manufacturing facilities. This role oversees development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive safety program that ensures compliance with all Federal, State and local safety regulations and seeks to minimize injury risks in the facility. This position implements and monitors policies and procedures that creates and maintains a safe work environment, facilitates safety training, coordinates any injury reporting and investigation including the administration of Worker’s Compensation claims. The role requires key attributes of being highly people-focused, a strategic partner/collaborator, focused on continuous improvement, and a culture-builder to ensure the company has the safest culture and practices possible.
