A Sake Sommelier

Is responsible for ensuring a smooth running of service at The ArtsClub and focusing on delivering the best sake, wine and beverage experience to our members and guests during their dining experience while taking care that the Club's highest standards and procedures are adhered to at all times.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Assist the Head Sommelier and ensure the sakelist is up to date at all times with correct information.
• Ensure correct stock levels are in place before each service.
• Make sure all sake is kept and served at the correct temperature.
• Support the sommelier team for sake and wine deliveries and ensure all products are stored properly.
