Following the Scottish Government’s Core Investment in General Practice (March 2026), Kelso Medical Group is expanding its clinical team and is pleased to invite applications for a new permanent Salaried GP post (6–8 sessions).

This is a substantive, long-term salaried position within a stable and supportive practice.

For those who may wish to progress further in the future, there is also a clearly defined and genuine pathway to GP Partnership, made possible by the Scottish Government’s recent investment in strengthening and sustaining General Practice.

Importantly, while Partnership is available for interested colleagues following a mutually agreed assessment period, there is no expectation or obligation to pursue this route. We welcome applications from GPs ...
