Salaried GP - Donnington Medical Centre. We are a well established General Practice seeking a GP to undertake 6 sessions per week as a salaried GP in a challenging and fast‑paced, highly rewarding environment, with potential for future partnership. We serve about 14,500 patients in North Telford, provide comprehensive care and value professional development.
Job Responsibilities
- Clinical responsibilities: undertake surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visit patients at home, check and sign repeat prescriptions, deal with paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion, make professional, autonomous decisions, assess health care needs, screen patients, develop care plans, provide counselling and health education, admit or discharge patients, record clear consultation notes, compile and issue prescriptions, prescribe in accordance with the practice formulary, and undertake all normal GP duties.
