Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities
- Act as intermediaries between ship owners and charterers or vessel sellers and buyers
- Initiate a business deal to potential clients, negotiate the terms of a contract or sale, and finalize the details of the contract
- Preferred Owner / Charterer / Trader background for chartering brokers
- Preferred experience with SNP for SNP broker
- Fluent in English is a must
- A good negotiator with good communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a dynamic personality to plan, work and deliver
- An ethical and professional code of conduct in handling confidential information and closing deals
- Preferred Degree / MBA holder with at least 2 years of shipping experience
