Opportunity Description
A Hotel Sales Account Executive drives revenue by soliciting, securing, and maintaining corporate, group, and travel agency accounts to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. They are responsible for prospecting new business, negotiating contracts, conducting site inspections, and managing client relationships to maximize occupancy and room nights.
Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and trade shows, while maintaining relationships with existing corporate, government, or travel accounts.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate rates, room blocks, and banquet services, preparing proposals and contracts that align with the hotels revenue management strategies.
- Site Inspections & Marketing: Conduct showroom/ocular inspections for prospective clients and conduct sales blitzes.
