Sales Account – Italian Speaker

We are looking to reinforce our Sales team with a Sales Account.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing different markets
• Manage customers through open and interactive communication.
• Negotiate and close orders
• Prepare offers
• Identify and assess customer needs.
• Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure their resolution.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
• Prepare activity reportsMaintain customer databases
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous and recent experience of at least 2-3 years in the commercial area.
• Experience in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragances is valued.
• Higher education in economics (ADE, Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry, or related training.
