Opportunity Description
This is a dual-focus Sales / Account Manager position — you’ll be the primary relationship owner for existing Australian solar clients while simultaneously hunting for new business opportunities. You’ll also lead and coach a team of Appointment Setters based in the Philippines, making this a genuinely unique role that blends account management, sales leadership, and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing relationships with existing Australian solar clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Leading, coaching and performance-managing a Philippines-based team of Appointment Setters to consistently hit targets
- Developing and executing sales strategies in consultation with the CEO to drive new revenue
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities via LinkedIn, social media and direct outreach
- Managing pipeline and performance data through Salesforce CRM and other cutting edge tools...
