Opportunity Description
Summary: Drives new business acquisition, manages and grows existing client relationships within an assigned territory or vertical, and acts as the primary point of contact between the client and the delivery teams to ensure successful service execution and revenue goals are met.
Key Tasks
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio or territory.
- Develop comprehensive account plans focused on retaining current revenue and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize deals in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Serve as the client advocate, coordinating internal resources (e.g., technical, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts and manage all client activities within the CRM system.
