Sales Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer-Fronting Role: Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including senior management teams internally and externally.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Pursue and own brand new opportunities for growth through the acquisition of new logos.
- Sales Canvassing: Utilize various sales canvassing methods (calls, emails, networking) to build a sales pipeline from scratch and generate qualified leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and further relationships with key customer contacts across targets.
- Solution Development: Drive solution development efforts by coordinating and facilitating the involvement of relevant teams (support, technical consultants, and management resources).
