Job Description
- Office duties: Answer phones, organize files, draft letters, and take note of Pre-bid and Opening of Bids Schedules
- Correspondence: Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread bidding documents for submission
- Calendar management: Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for meetings
- Filing: Develop and maintain a filing of Pre and Post Bid Documents
- Office supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Reports: Submit and reconcile Bid result reports
