Job Description

  • Office duties: Answer phones, organize files, draft letters, and take note of Pre-bid and Opening of Bids Schedules
  • Correspondence: Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread bidding documents for submission
  • Calendar management: Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for meetings
  • Filing: Develop and maintain a filing of Pre and Post Bid Documents
  • Office supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Reports: Submit and reconcile Bid result reports
