Job Description

- Handling sales and import administration functions, including but not limited to coordinating the import shipments and documents, following the customs clearance process, monitoring the stock, processing purchase orders and arranging deliveries to customers.
- Act as window person (PIC) for existing or new customers/project, response to their inquiry and maintaining the relationship.
- Accompany the Japanese staff for business duty as required.
- Summarize and created reports of the necessary information.
- Other support tasks in accordance with superiors instruction.
