Sales Admin Roles & Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and follow up sales quotation
- Maintain and update customer record in ERP system
- Ordering of Aircon
- Issue invoice and ensure payment is collected
- Arrange schedule
- Handle complains and feedback
- Any other ad hoc tasks given.
- Resourceful and possess problem‑solving and analytic skills
- Can do attitude and willing to learn
- Independent, self-driven and pro‑active
- Service oriented, sales driven and a team player
- Minimum GCE “O”/“N” Levels or equivalent
- More than 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Good communication and customer service skills
