Opportunity Description
Job description: Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals for clients Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on project requirements Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships Assist in tender submissions (e.g., government / PUB tenders) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and records Handle correspondence (emails, letters, RFQs, etc.) Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and coordination activities Maintain filing systems for contracts, and reports Support general office operations and reporting Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ) Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Assist in tender costing and analysis Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or a related discipline preferred Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to guide, motivate and d...
