Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming questions and manage leads through our sales inbox.
- Answer inbound inquiries via sales phone line.
- Process SAP orders.
- Act as the main point of contact between Marketing and Sales to coordinate signage requests.
- Follow up on unsigned and unfinished E-contracts to get them ready for review.
- Coordinate machine removals and reconcile mis-orders.
