Opportunity Description
- Serve as the primary contact for customers and prospects in Singapore to expand the customer portfolio alongside Branch and Business Development Managers
- Create and actively follow up on offers and orders to collect market data on product pricing, competition, and economic conditions, sharing insights with managers and pricing teams
- Register and resolve customer complaints with timely follow-up in coordination with quality teams and managers
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Manage the customer onboarding journey for first-time orders from incoming leads to deliver a professional and impactful experience
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts by following up to understand and address customer needs related to TVH products
