35 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 09:00 - 17:00. Flexibility within core working hours.

Purpose of the post: 

To support and deliver business development activities including the management of incoming sales enquiries. To manage and develop identified customer accounts managing new enquiries, strengthening customer relationships, maintaining existing revenue streams and identifying new opportunities.

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries across the detergents category, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
  • Convert enquiries into revenue by proactively issuing quotations and seamlessly onboarding new customers.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships and understanding within allocated accounts to deliver high-quality responses.
