Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Bayside Mall is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our marketing and Centre Management team. The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong communication skills and a passion for building tenant and client relationships. This role plays a key part in driving non‑GLA income streams such as exhibitions, pop‑ups, activations, kiosks, and short‑term leasing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing manager with the coordination of exhibitions, activations, kiosks, and short‑term leasing opportunities.
• Drive sales administration including contracts, invoicing, tenant communication, and compliance tracking.
• Liaise external clients to ensure smooth implementation of exhibitions.
• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets for non‑GLA income.
