Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Swiss Smart Factory in Biel. The person in this position will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and closing deals. Daily tasks include maintaining regular contact with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, preparing sales materials and presentations, and representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will track and report on key sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback to help optimize products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
