The role
The role of the Sales and Service Frontline Performance Lead is to support the management of the day-to-day operational requirements of the frontline incentive plans across Voice and Digital Consultants and Team Leaders.
This includes working closely with frontline leaders to ensure a clear understanding of the structure and identifying opportunities for improvements and optimisations that are aligned with the strategic, budgetary, and regulatory objectives.
What you’ll be doing
- In collaboration with key stakeholders manage the daily operational requirements of all frontline incentive schemes, including documentation, governance, calculations and adjustments.
