- Manage and oversee Area Supervisors and PC (Promoter) teams across modern trade channels nationwide.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sell-out performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store-level customers.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations and execution.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail sales or area sales team management, including at least 4 years of managerial experience leading and supervising team members.
