Position Title: Sales Assistant Reports to: Sales Manager Direct Reports: None Primary Software: Hubspot (CRM), Podium, OpenSolar, Simpro, Scribe Type: Full Time Rate: 8AUD/hour Role Summary The Sales Assistant is a key support role at Evergreen, responsible for managing lead flow, preparing high-quality technical proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition of projects to the Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of The Brain (Hubspot) and ensuring that all potential customers receive professional, timely communication throughout the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Proposal Support Renewable Lead Management: Receive and manage leads from Evergreen's lead platforms, ensuring all details are correctly inputted into Hubspot to maximise every opportunity.
