Sales Assistant

Provide sales administrative support, generate sales related reports and act as an extension of sales team.

Enter sales orders.

Build strategic media sales plans for sales staff based on RFPs, proposal requests, and research.

Prepare Canva & PowerPoint presentations as needed for sales team.

File, make copies, and bind sales proposals.

Assist clients as needed (i.e. spot times, screen shots, air checks and other proof of performance).

Actively participate in the stations’ marketing and sales meetings.

Provide aging, billing, and pending reporting as requested.

Update sales research data as needed.

Create customized sales rationale and provide research ammunition as needed for Account Executives.

Manage and create project recaps as assigned by Account Executives.
