Sales Assistant

Description We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support customer accounts and order activity for the packaging side of our business in Cleveland, Ohio. This position works closely with a small sales support team and assigned sales representatives to keep orders moving smoothly, respond to customer needs, and maintain strong business relationships. The role is highly product- and account-focused, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys coordinating details, solving issues, and delivering responsive service.
