Sales Assistant Hilton Street (m/f/x)

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant (m/f/x) to work at our store in Manchester (Hilton Street).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
• Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with valued customers

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Dedicated, team‑oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
