Job description :

1. Reminder sales to submit weekly report sales and join weekly meeting

2. Take notes and update weekly recapitulation mining sales during meeting

3. Update and submit weekly summary report mining

4. Do quotation based on sales and customer request

5. Update pipeline sales every month

6. Process Administration of Sales Mining (Business trips，Entertainment, Request Payment, Fund, Special Payment, Request Goods, Request Stamps, Yard Warehouse Visit, Reimbursement, Sales Report, Issue Ticket Flight)

7. Process administration of customer who join events

8. Process to issue invoice of service sparepart

9. Do sales contract

10. Others to be determined later

Qualifications :

- University degree any major

- Good command in English is essential

- Strong work experience in related field

- Hands on experience with MS Office
