Sales Assistant (CRM, Scheduling, Sales Support – Remote, U.S. Hours)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support sales operations, CRM management, scheduling, and proposal coordination.
In this role, you’ll keep the sales team organized and efficient by managing data, meetings, documents, and communication — allowing Account Executives to focus on closing deals.
If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with CRM systems and sales support workflows, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
- Update leads, contacts, and opportunities with complete and current information
- Monitor and clean data (duplicates, missing fields, outdated records)
