The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering a clean, tidy, shoppable store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience and drives sales to meet set targets. By applying effective selling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge, you will engage customers, provide excellent service, and maintain accurate pricing while collaborating with team members and management to facilitate operational workflow and participate in store events.
What You Will Do
Customer Service
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times, both internal and external, by being aware of product categories and assisting and advising customers in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
