Opportunity Description
Full time:
5 days / 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
Purpose:
To provide an excellent client experience and service. To develop long-lasting client relationships. To assist in the smooth operation of the Store. To optimise the client experience and ensure that all sales opportunities are optimised.
Responsibilities:
Sales generation and target focus
- Communicate feedback on best sellers, slow sellers, missed sales opportunities and customer requests to the Store Manager.
- Achieve and exceed personal objectives/KPI’s as set by Store Management.
- Record and update sales performance, such as WSR, Sell Throughs, product feedback, trade feedback.
Client experience and relationship building
- Develop strong, long-lasting, commercial relationships with clients, establishing a regular client base to ensure all sales opportunities are optimised. ...
