Sales Associate – Madrid Store

Your tasks

• Support the team in the daily operations
• Advise and assist customers while creating an excellent shopping experience and support sales activities and contribute to achieving store goals
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment, merchandise presentation, and cashier activities
• Support TASCHEN events and special store projects when needed

Your profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
• Passion for books, art, culture, and customer interaction
• Flexible and reliable working style with availability on weekends
• Ability and willingness to support the team on short notice when required
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Spanish and English skills required; additional languages are a plus
