Job Description
- Ensure that every Customer is treated according to the company's mission. - Maintain stock operations and cashier.
- Maintain store display and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain effective communication channels with customers Ex. telephone, email, company Line, and Facebook.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers. (complaints, etc.)
- Support other tasks if there are any requested.
Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Sales Associate or Customer Service in Retail/Shop (new graduates are welcome)
- Available to work on weekends (Saturday-Sunday), assigned by Shift 8 hrs/day. - Conversational middle level in English.
