Sales (Casting Business) - Manufacture

Job Description

- New Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients in target industries (Automotive, Construction Machinery, etc.).
- Sales Account Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and market share.
- Sales Operations: Handle quotations, price negotiations, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
- Reporting: Develop sales plans and provide regular progress reports directly to the President Director.
-Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Casting Industry (Mandatory).
- More than high conversational level English *Japanese speaker is plus
- Strong networking in the casting or related metal industry; ability to work independently as a player-manager.
