Sales Closer Front — Design

High-volume inbound closing on WhatsApp and chat for our US design brands — web design and logo design. You won't prospect, you'll close inbound leads coming in through Meta and Google ads.

Leads are pre-warmed by ads. Your job is to engage quickly, qualify needs, and close on entry-tier offerings. Speed matters — first contact within 5 minutes of inquiry is the standard.

What you'll do

Respond to inbound leads on WhatsApp and chat platforms throughout your shift. Typically 80–120+ active conversations daily. Qualify customer needs and budget in real-time, present entry-tier offers, handle objections, close initial purchases, and hand qualified customers to the upsell team.

Work across multiple US design brands during your shift, switching context between web design and logo design conversations smoothly.
