Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow, spares, services and repairs
- Achieve sales targets
- Implement marketing initiatives
- Analyse market trends
- Resolve customer complaints
- Manage the service department personnel
- Mentor and develop staff
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years minimum experience in the Mining industry or EPC
- Minimum 5 years experience in senior management
- Managing sales teams is essential
- Negotiating contracts
- Business acumen
Qualification:
- BSc, BEng or BTech in Business Management, Commerce, Supply Chain or Operations
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
