About the Role
Sharp & Carter are currently recruiting for a high-performing In-Home Sales Consultant to join a well-established and highly regarded residential solutions business.
- Sydney Metro Territory
- Full-time | Weekdays + every 2nd Saturday (Monday off the following week)
- $65,000 base + super + $150k–$200k OTE + Fully Maintained Vehicle

This is a face-to-face, in-home sales role focused on residential customers. You’ll be running pre-qualified appointments, managing your own pipeline, and closing in a consultative environment.
With consistent lead flow, strong brand recognition, and structured onboarding, this role suits a commercially driven salesperson who thrives in front of customers and can confidently sell on value.
