Charter Place is a collection of stunning one and two-bedroom apartments in Beaconsfield New Town, thoughtfully designed by our in-house team to reflect the quality and attention to detail associated with Shanly Homes developments.

The development is due to launch in summer 2026 and offers a long-term sales opportunity from initial release through to final handover.
