Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable sleep solutions
- Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries
- Prepare quotations and close sales effectively
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Ensure showroom displays and standards are maintained
- Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events and trade shows when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
