Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with banking partners
- Develop new banker networks to drive a sustainable pipeline
- Provide professional advice on insurance and liquidity planning
- Achieve agreed revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with MAS and internal policies
- Manage accurate and timely submission of business cases
- Service existing clients, including annual policy reviews
- Support client meetings, presentations, and ad hoc duties
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years in sales/relationship management (insurance/banking preferred)
- Valid MAS licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong client network in the Singapore market
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience as a Private Banker / Bancassurance / Insurance Specialist is advantageous
