Sales Consultant for Mini St. Catharines, part of Performance Auto Group. Deliver outstanding customer experience, drive sales, and support dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions, give customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed expectations.
- Answer customer service phone calls relating to vehicle sale inquiries and keep customers informed about vehicle delivery and pick up.
- Ensure car quotes are competitive and reasonable.
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of customers and fellow employees.
- Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures required by the employer and comply with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) regulations.
