Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties as assigned)

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
• Give feature presentations of new or used vehicles tailored to the customer's interests and needs.
• Demonstrate new and used vehicles (includes test drives)
• Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process includes review of the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork; and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Attend sales meetings.
