Opportunity Description

Responsibilities:
  • Documents calls and creates basic account data.
  • Performs account verification procedures.
  • Schedules return calls and conference calls
  • Reviews and improves call scripts.
  • Collaborates with the lead generation team.
  • Utilises customer-focused and needs-based feedback to enhance strategies.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Share information about our services by following sales scripts.
  • Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Closing sales and leading customer through the process.
  • Record calls through a computerised system.
  • Perform customised targeted sales strategies.
  • Meet quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
  • Prior sales, business development experience is preferred
